Most likely pregnant! If you've got a good place for her to give birth, then by all means go ahead and put her there! Now might also be the time to invest in a fry/spawning net to keep the babies separate from the other fish if you haven't already. Guppy fry tend to get eaten by other fish.

Pregnant for sure. Not because she's big but I do see already an eye of a fry through the skin.

Well, the eye that shines through is quite big. Which means that the fry are quite there to be popped out...
Congrats to start with... Well, it was already obvious that she was close. with the fry already shining through that well.
The first day they shoudln't be fed for they will absorb first their own yolk sac. But after that, crushed flake food will do just fine.
Um, *cough* isn't that circled bit, the anus? Can definitely see the dark eyes of the fry behind and around that though!
