Platy showing signs of something not sure what it is

Please can someone tell me what this is got pics

I'm not sure what we're meant to be looking at, is it those white spots on the tail and on the anal fin?

Yes I’m not sure what it is do u know what it might be

It could be ich, do you have any other pictures, they're not very clear.

To treat ich, do a large water change (75%) and clean the substrate, then raise the temperature in the tank to 30 degrees C for two weeks. Do not turn the heat down before the two weeks are complete; the ich's life cycle can take up to two weeks. It is good if you can increase aeration whilst the heat is turned up.
