Gold fish disease

Hi everyone,

I am very new to fish keeping. I like gold fish but my gold fish is dying due to same disease which i cannot figure out. However my othe fishes are not affected.
Please need your help.

Some more information will help others to figure it out. @Deanasue is goldfish queen.

But post info about tank dimensions/size, filter type, water change % & frequency, tank mates, water hardness & ph, also water parameters like ammonia, Nitrite & nitrate levels

Its a 55 gallong tank where is use sponge and internal power filter. I usually change 40% water every week. Other than 2 pairs of gold fish, i have bala shark, rainbow shark, albino shark, iridescent shark and clown loach.

Do you have a liquid test kit to test water?

First, you really shouldn’t have the sharks in with the goldfish. They have different water temp needs ( goldfish prefer 65- 70F) and sharks need a little warmer in mid 70m’s to 80F. The clown loach needs to be in the 80F range. The rainbow shark is semi aggressive and should never be placed with a goldfish. The best thing you can do is move the goldfish to a cycled 30G or larger tank. Lowering the goldfish stress level should help. Goldfish should live with goldfish
