Ich on gourami?

I have a 60 gallon with 2 gourami (flame and powder blue), 4 angels, 6 white skirt tetras, 6 harlequins, and 3 corys. My flame gourami has had these same white spots for about 4 days- not getting better or worse. Just on the one side shown in pic. Is it ich??

I would say no. but looks like another parasite. photo isn't great. The spots look to large to be ich. @Colin_T

That sounds hopeful! Here is a better photo. I added in Stress Coat, is there something else I can do if it’s not ich?

Not sure what it is. I would monitor and see how it goes over the next few days. If it changes or gets worse, post more pics.

You can do a water change and gravel clean, and clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks, but other than that, it's a wait and see problem.

Thank you for the input! I did a water change last night, spots are still the same. I will see where it goes from here- his behavior seems to be totally normal, so that’s a good sign.
