Clear wiggly things

I've just put some daphnia in my tank and one seems to have come with added extras. A water boatman type thing, possibly a dragonfly nymph? Also see through 1cm long with two what look like bubbles attached either end tubes things that swim like mosquito larvae. Does anyone have any ideas what these are? Do I need to do some aggressive water changes? Not me grumpy (no change to normal there) but every day or so for a bit? TY

Could you try to get pictures of the critters that need identifying?

OK, I've put a video into my google drive. I couldn't upload it here as it's too big. Hope that's ok. I did a gravel vaccum last night and now looking at the image again I'm worried they may have been baby fish (my synodontis have been really fat recently), it's the two black eye spots at the front that are making me wonder.
