Iv almost left my wife before for messing with my fish tank ahahaha and if I leave her in charge for a few days if I’m away I wrote step by step instruction for her even for the smallest tings like feeding and turning lights on and off lol
My family know better than to touch my tanks 
My daughter-in-law wanted to buy me a tardis ornament for Christmas a few years ago but my son managed to talk her out of it.
