Some of these have hitchhiked on my new live plants.
Are they Lymnaeids?

Lymnaeids and physids are very similar. The difference is the side with the shell opening.

I'm pretty sure is a physid.

If you lift the snail out of the tank and hold it the way round in the diagrams (point upwards with the shell opening facing you) , if the opening is on the left it's a physid, and on the right it's a lymnaeid.

The first one I found is blue but now I've just found another one that's green/brown
 
According to the info in that link, the colour of the snail's body shows through the shell, so they can be any of several colours.
