Possible Ich outbreak?

Hello everyone, wondering if anyone can help me identify if this is Ich on my new fish.

i purchased some new fish yesterday:
10 Neon Tetra
6 Glowlight Tetra
6 Lemon Tetra
4 Albino Cory

Upon coming home and putting them in the tank (drip acclimated for an hour) I had to shoot off and returned a few hours later to see that some of the Lemon tetras had a white spot on its tail fin, I got concerned but figured it could be stress after the day it had (over 40 mins there and 40 mins back in car is my LFS).

Anyway the next morning I had a closer look and its definitely only the lemon tetras with the spots and it doesn’t look like there’s anymore spots on them but still massively concerned as I’ve never had Ich before in the 2 years I’ve had my tank.

I don’t have a quarantine tank unfortunately as the Mrs thinks it’s just an excuse to have another tank otherwise I would of dropped them in there.

Do a big water change and substrate clean to remove any of the parasites in the tank, and refill with water a few degrees warmer than usual. Then turn the heater up to get the temp to 30 deg C. Leave it at that temperature for at least 2 weeks, and at least 7 days after the last spots disappear from the fish. Then turn the heater back down and allow the temp to drop.

I agree with essjay. I also add a little aquarium salt as ich does not like saline water. Feed your fish with some food soaked in garlic juice (I use Seachem Garlic Guard) to boost their immune system. Ich also does not like garlic. Be patient. It takes time but will go away.
