Looking for id on the non-laceleaf plant. And wondering... is that a flower starting on the laceleaf?! Thanks!

Thanks! I knew the Madagascar lace leaf.... but bought the other one unlabeled at the lfs and haven’t been back since to ask what it was. They’ve both doubled in size In like 2 months
