i have been preforming methylene blue bath on a zebra danio of mine which has a white ball like growth on its lower lip, it seems to be getting better but on observation today i noticed a cory catfish rubbing against the substrate, when i looked online it said it can be an external parasite.

What is a good all round product i can purchase which acts as a all in one medication because i am just getting issue after issue now and its taxing, i have been dosing melafix into the 130L tank for 7 days now and keeping regular water changes and using api stress coat and stress zyme, but the problems persist.

Any Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Fish rubbing against the substrate can be due to external parasites such as whitespot, but it can also be because of something in the tank they don't like eg ammonia or nitrate, and other chemicals added to the tank. If it's just the odd time, it could also be just an itch. If it's a problem such as white spot or something in the water they usually do it repeatedly.

The first thing to do is test for ammonia and nitrite as they are easily eliminated as a cause.
Do any of the fish have white spots? When it is dark, shine a torch on them to see if any fish have a gold sheen. The first is whitespot, the second is velvet.
The cory could be sensitive to melafix. This is not a very good medication, though; it is more akin to use using dettol on a cut to stop it getting infected but if it does become infected we need something stronger.

I am loath to suggest any medication unless we have a clear diagnosis of what the problem is. Adding medication to a tank is not something to be done lightly, but only when we know the problem.

Can you list the symptoms shown by the fish so far, please.

Thanks for your response symptoms is one fish in the tank the danio i stated in the post has that white growth on its lower lip and i have seen a few peppered cory's rubbing/Flashing against the sand substrate side wards i have attached my water perimeters although these api test strips seem to give different measurements every time and also a pic of one of the corys with flash on my phone

Your water parameters and conditions are not a problem - soft water, no nitrite, low nitrate. As strips do not test for ammonia, do you have a reading for that from something else just to confirm it's zero?

The first thing i would do is stop using the melafix and do a couple of extra water changes to flush it out of the tank. Then keep a close eye on the cories and if they develop white spots, raise the temperature to 30 deg C. This may not be too good for the danios, but they should be OK for two weeks at that temp. But that's only if any fish show white spots.

I'm afraid I don't know the cause of the white lip growth, if it was fungal the methylene blue baths should have helped that.

How long has the tank been running and what did you do to cycle it?
The lack of nitrate, the flashing, issue after issue and varying test results could be because the water isn't stable. Getting the ammonia tested will help determine the issue/s.
