What are these plant and would they be okay with goldfish?

No clue what they are, but your Goldfish may eat them. They eat live plants like its a salad.
 
Ah ok my friend recently got his first tank being goldfish and was wondering if he could have them thanks
 
Another member may know, I just have never seen them.
