spots/bumps on angelfish

Hi

Does anyone know what these bumps/markings are on my angelfishes fins?

some of the fish have ich and i thought it was this but its hard to tell cos the fosh is white and they dont seem to be going and all the spots on the other fish have gone.
my other angelfish doesnt have these bumps
