Something on bottom of tank

I did a 50% water change yesterday on my 30 gallon community tank, I cleaned the sand and it did have this on I just assumed it was fish waste because it had accumulated over a week, but I woke up and looked in and there was more and it seems like a lot of waste for over night could anyone tell me what it is and if there’s a problem

yeah all of it which is why I thought it was weird when there was so much so soon
 
It also depends what fish you have in the tank and how many of the you have. Fish waste tends to hide under decor in most unexpected places in the tank.
 
thats a nerite snail poop trail. Clearly little nerite logs :p and I see your nerite has left eggs all over your driftwood too haha

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this stocking works. First, gourami need soft water, while mollies need hard water. Also, if I'm not mistaken, rams need warmer water than gourami or mollies. Again, if this is wrong, someone please correct me.
What kind of gourami do you have? Depending on the species, your aquarium may be overstocked which would explain the wish waste. Plus the nerite snails on top which add even more waste.

You are right about the stocking and waste. Nothing to correct here ;)
