Looks like a fight to me, they also could be fighting but I'm not very sure.
I saw some clown loaches there, what size is the tank?

We have a 100 gallon tank. We have 5 loaches

5 loaches will need a 150 gallon tank I'm afraid, they get up to 12"

5 Clown Loaches in a 30 gallon?
Hey I’m starting a 30 gal community tank and would love to center it around clown loaches. I do plan on eventually getting a bigger tank as they grow, but only have the 30 gallon at the moment.

Since they are small now they should be fine. My husband and I are looking in to a 200 gallon as well

Yes, since they are juvies they will be fine for now.

Looks like fighting to me.
They are also young and most likely not sexually mature.
Careful with the green terror, they get huge and are mean.
Also the yellow lab can be very aggressive compared to American cichlids. They also need hard water where American Cichlids will thrive in soft.
