I bought 5 Amaro shrimp when I first set up my tank, and one has always been alot bigger than the others. I put this down to it being a female. It also doesn't seem to do much cleaning like the others do. It basically steals a pellet of food and sit on a rock munching away. But after looking at it more closely it doesn't even look like the rest.
Tried researching and I think it's a Whisker Shrimp, it doesn't have any orange bands like a Ghost shrimp. I decided to watch it for awhile after reading up, and it is very very aggressive. It bats away some of my catfish and even startles my female Betta.
Since I have Amaro shrimp in the tank, and if it's accurate that this is a Whisker shrimp, would it be a good idea to remove it?
Two photos added for size and shape reference compared to my Amaro.
