Will this (debris?) settle down?

I just did a scheduled water change and I noticed a lot of things were moving around in the water. This is the first water change I've done since I planted the aquarium, so I'm assuming they're from the plants? I monitored the specks and none of them are moving on their own so hopefully they'll just settle out. Is this normal?

They should settle down, and this is normal when moving your substrate around.
