What are you water parameters? Have you noticed any more bumps on that fish or any other fish? How long has the tank been setup? How often do you perform water changes? How often do you clean the filter? What are some of the other tankmates?

Sorry for all of the questions, but we need to know this stuff.

0 amnonia 10-20 nitrates closer to 20 . 20 gallon tank with about 15 - 20 of the same guppies live plants not to heavily planted. change 5 gallons a week I clean the filter every three month the tank has been set up for one year.no other fish with the same bumps
