Pink White Splotches on my guppies tail

Hi All, can someone help me out. My guppy has these white pink mushroom looking things growing on its tail. Thought it was ich so I medicated the tank. Used the whole bottle for a bout a week and a half and it didn't clear up. Any ideas what it is? Any help would be appreciated. Sorry for the picture it was difficult to take while she was moving around.

What fish and how many of each do you have?
How long have you had these fish?
How long has the tank been set up?
What are your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

Could you try to get clearer pics? I know how hard it is!

Presumably that horrible bacterial infection that is becoming more common in guppies from Asia.

You can try adding 2 heaped tablespoons of rock salt, sea salt, or swimming pool salt for every 20 litres of tank water. Keep the salt in the tank for 2 weeks and see if it helps. If it doesn't you can try anti-biotics but they might not be available and might not work.
