It is overstocked, 5 angelfish are just too much in the tank and they need 80 gallons atleast for a school. Neons need a school of 6 and more and angelfish could feast on them, same with barbs, but angelfish won't feast on them.
Kissing gouramies need 90 gallons for a school as they get to 12" in length if I'm not mistaken and give them away. Yo yo loaches need a 40 gallon tank, give them away.
You should give angelfish away as this tank is too small for them, they need a 55 gallon for a pair. Give away also the rams, dwarf gouramies and ghost fish/catfish and the neons.
When you give those away, get 3-4 barb.
That is my opinion, but I might got this wrong.

Bad news I'm afraid, but you did ask and we do all care about your fish so honesty is better. I know the fish are very small, but they will (or should if healthy) grow, and some of these get very large indeed, not to mention that some of them are shoaling species which need a group of their own or they will be stressed and can get very aggressive.

I agree with Salty&Onion to return/re-home the angelfish, kissing gourami, yo you loaches. All of these get far too large for this tank, plus they have real aggressive issues and/or need a group.

The rest of the fish might work, but not together, so here we come to the water parameters. These are GH (general hardness), KH (carbonate hardness also called Alkalinity), pH and temperature. The latter you can obviously control, but you have fishes with some very specific temperature requirements. The GH is the most important of the others, and you have fish that must have moderately hard or harder water and fish that need soft to very soft water. The GH you might be able to ascertain from your municipal water authority, check their website. The KH we can leave for the present, it is the GH that is crucial, and the pH will likely be related to the GH. Some of the fish (aside fro those already mentioned as too large/aggressive) will have to be returned, but we need to know the parameters first.

I'm sure you wold not want to be taking out dead fish periodically, so sorting the above out will help prevent that.

which of these needs to be in schouls as I’m going to buying a bigger tank already looking

Loaches, angelfish, ghost catfish...but these cannot be together as they have very different temperaments. Please do not get more in the hopes of a larger tank, I have known many thinking that way but the large tank never materializes and the poor fish are the losers. But these cannot go together anyway. And the first thing is to return the fish previously mentioned, and sort out the parameters so you/we know what will work.
