Please help,one of my guppy has an unusually big stomach and he is not very active any more( he doesn't eat as much as before and doesn't swim around when i put him in to another tank).I was said that he is a female but I highly doubt. I usually do water change after one week but last week i didn't so i don't know if it is the cause. If anyone know what is wrong with my fishes please let me know, it would mean the world to me (these are the picture of that guppy )

By the way his scales stick out on the sides, it is clear that he has dropsy. You can try to give him epsom salt baths, but fish with dropsy at this stage normally don't make it. You can also try feeding him some peas. Good luck.
 
I am the person who posted I forget to mention that my fish does poop and the feces is long
 
Sometimes they get constapated but it should be fine. But are you definently sure that it is a male. If not, can you take a pic of the underside so I can tell if its a female because it looks like a pregnant female.

My most concerned is about his stomach and i have been noticed that he and the other fish dont eat like the used to. Thanks for your reply it helps me less worry now
 
Is there a problem with the water quality or something ,have you checked.

I think he is a male because of his fins since I usually see female guppies is bigger and has smaller fins
 
Ya he looks like a male because he has an anal fin. So he might have something wrong with him. I would add aquarium salt to help him.

I am not sure I don't know how to check that since i have no equipment but my way of changing water is drain off 2/3 of the water in the tank and replace it with water from the sink
 
Do you dechlorinate the water? I think that the fish has dropsy which isnt good so I would buy some test kits to test the water and some aquarium salt good luck. But it is good that you quarantined him. Do any of your other fish have dropsy?

Thanks so much for your help, it means everything to me but I unfortunately don't have any access to any aquipment nor medicine for fish. It is sad that people here just buy them as flower pot decoration

Some of them have a little big stomach which scares me
