I concur with Crispii that it may be a cyprinid. Or it could perhaps be a characid, one of the many species of Characidium; some have adipose fins but others do not, like the fish here. It would help to see the mouth clearer...is it inferior? And are there small barbels? Being able to observe the swimming method would help.
It has two small barbels, but not like that of a carp, rather, they point out forward.
in terms of swimming behaviour, it does spend a lot of time perched on its lower fins, but it will also swim up and down the glass, hang in the water eating off of plants, rocks, etc. ill try and get a video when it’s a bit more active, for now, it’s just chilling.
