Does my betta have fin rot?

Hello, I’m worried about my black mustard betta. I might be paranoid but I just want to make sure that’s he’s ok. I’ve noticed some of his scales are a little bruised up and on top of his eyes, there’s like a white clear dot. I got rid of the plastic plant that might have caused damaged. I’ve also added indian almond leaves to help with his health. Nitrite and Ammonia: 0, PH: 7. Overall, he’s a very happy betta. He always swims by every time he sees me. Tank is 5.5 gallon.

What else can I do to help? Thanks!

Hiw often do you do water changes and how much water do you change each time?
Do a 75% water change every day for two weeks and dose with aquarium salt

Every week I do a 25-50% water change. Last week I did about 50% since I was cleaning his tank.
