Hi everyone, I found this plants in the river which is over 1 meters long, can you identify it?

Thanks, also I found this in the river near a clothing factory, fish and plants in the river have been exposed to chemical everyday, why dont they die?

They have evolved a way to withstand chemicals.
 
I would be very careful if you plan on putting it in your tank. There are all sorts of bugs that lay their eggs in plants and you could end up with mayfly nymphs or something else that could harm or kill your fish.
 
It is definitely Anacharis. Not a healthy one at that. I personally wouldn’t put it in your tank, because of what @Retired Viking said.

It doesn’t look healthy because, 1( Of the color, If it was healthy, it would be much more green and, 2( The leaves. I can tell from the photo they are very “spiny”. (Hard, not soft as they should be)
