Unknown bugs in my 30 liter Shrimp tank

Hi experts

This might be an impossible task but i am having difficulties identifying some bugs that appeared in my aquarium. A few days ago I noticed a handful of them zooming around in the substrate. but now they are all over the place. they are mostly concentrated on the silicone on the edges of the aquarium. They are about 1 mm in size and sort of teardrop shaped with a black line running down the middle of the body. They are super active and moving all over the place. I sucked up a bunch when changing the water and included photos below if it helps. I introduced some new plants about a week ago and 3 new amano shrimp 4 days ago.

can you magnify the image or use a macro lens on the camera?
all I see are dark dots.

Are the “bugs” moving? It looks to me as if they are brown spot algae.

Don’t they just look like brown spot algae?

it's not brown algae.
maybe ostracods or water mites, but need a better pic and maybe a macro video showing them moving.

Yea, i dident even have to scrape the glass i could just suck them up with the siphon.

#edit, I looked around abit more and their look and behavior is reminiscent of Seed shrimp, but take a look anyway.

So cool! I've never seen or heard of these before. Just looked them up and they seem harmless from what I've read. What are planning to do? Live and let live? Feed them to a fish?

I don't think I can combat them without pulling my shrimp out and pouring half of my local fish stores chemicals into it. I'll leave dem be for now but I'll be getting a small school of guppy's or tetras soon. They should eat any that venture out of the substrate.

They look like seed shrimp and unless they are overrunning your tank, they’re mostly harmless. They usually get eaten by fish. They are filter feeders and will eat detritus.

If they are ostracoda, they are beneficial in the tank as they are algae eaters. I just got a sparkling gourami and he decimated the ostracoda in the tank, so now I am trying to breed them in a separate tank with no bladder snails. If there is not enough food they will go away on their own.
