Hey everyone so I have an algea eater that has a weird bump on its nose. Upon closer inspection it appears to be his nostril? There’s 2 on his face but one is rather large, a little smaller than a bb. Has anyone ever seen this before?

All fish have nostrils and some have flaps of skin above them to help direct the fish to smells more effectively.

The fish in the picture looks normal and doesn't appear to have anything weird.
