What is this??

So I’ve had a couple of my fish get this bump on them and it looks like white stringy stuff comes out of there skin so far 3 of my cichlids have got in and 2 of my angel fish. this was the most recent fish that got it and he died a couple days after I noticed it. Does anyone know what it is? And how to treat?

Its a “hole in the head” disease do 75% daily water change, other than that @Colin_T will help you.

I don't think it's hole in the head disease or head and lateral line disease.

It looks like an infected sinus.

Where did the lump appear on the other fishes?

I don’t think it’s hole in the head either. Hole in the head is an actual hole, this looks like an external lump. What are your water parameters?

My other fish bumps appeared on there heads as well like there for heads or above there mouth. Do you know how they get it or how to cure it. I’ve tried antibiotics but every time they still die?

Whats your water parameters? And whn is the last time you did water change?
