Alright, so some of you know that my husband hates the natural look of aquariums, so I have to compromise on a few. Well this tank was absolutely killing me and I had to do something.

I am embarassed to show the before, but here it is

Here's after, not a great shot, but I still don't have batteries, so I can get one pic at a time and then it dies :/

yea actually one of my tanks has a hideous carriage in it.. like an old school western thing.. but its bright pink and purple.. why did i buy it ? NO ONE KNOWS..

but still it didnt look as bad as the before pic

I'm thinking maybe a piece of driftwood on the other side from the rocks...or I do have a bunch of river rocks...maybe I should stick some of them in.

Yep! It sure is a cory! I added cories and glasscats to that tank today too! It looks so good, I'm just staring at it and my husband actually likes it too! Yay!

Here's another shot of the tank

Looks great!!! And so worth all the work you put into it! I am glad your husband likes it, maybe you'll be able to convert him.

It looks great. I like your idea of a piece of driftwood.

What type of lighting do you have in the tank? :dunno:

Looks MUCH better now.

I think you should add a couple more rocks and it will look great once the plants have grown up.

I like the sand :)
