Fish is sick with something?

I have two zebra danios that have white lumps on their lips. I have been treating it with microbe-lift artemiss (natural expellant for bacterial diseases) for 10 days but it doesnt seem to be getting any better. The fish are still lively and running about the tank. I just want to get this treated before it becomes more severe.

The fish has a fat lip from bumping into something. This is commonly seen on active fish like danios and rainbowfish when they are moved into smaller tanks.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every couple of days for 2 weeks and it should heal up by itself.

The fish in the picture is a female zebra danio. :)

Will do, would doing something with aquarium salt help accelerate the process? I have corycats and snails in the tank along with them fyi, since I read somewhere that salt can hurt Cory's skins but I'm not sure that's true cause others said it was fine.
 
You can add salt if you like but it shouldn't be necessary.

Doing big water changes every couple of days will help dilute disease organisms in the water and help it heal faster.

I would just do water changes and gravel cleans and monitor it over the next few weeks. If it gets worse then post another picture asap.
