Yes she looks pregnant.

Female livebearers (mollies, guppies, platies, swordtails) that have been kept in a tank with males, will normally be pregnant. The females can carry up to 6 sperm packets in their body from previous matings. They use 1 sperm packet per batch of eggs. The gestation period is about 4 weeks (1 month) after which time, the female will use another sperm packet to fertilise the next batch of eggs. Because of this, female livebearers can give birth for up to 6 months without any males being present.

Firstly congratulations. Your little fry looks lovely and healthy! If the fish isn’t isolated then the fry will get eaten by the other fish unfortunately. If you do not wish to isolate the fish please provide plenty of live plants for the fry to hide. In addition to this platies can give birth up to around 24 - 48 fry per batch. It is important to ensure the tank you have is big enough to reduce the risk of becoming overstocked. Preventing the cause of problems later down the line. Best of luck!
