Pregnant or dropsy ?!?

Hello guy I was under the impression this female guppy was pregnant but now I take a second look I’m not quite convinced I’m pretty sure that’s dropsy any advice should I go ahead and try cure or does it look to far gone it’s the yellow tailed one of you can make it out

If the fish is having trouble swimming then it is probably on its way out. You can try putting her in a shallow tank with some plants but it depends on how long she has been like that. If she started swimming funny over night then she will probably die in a day or so.

Well the size didn’t come over night as I was assuming she was pregnant she was one of the 6 females added in with my males over a month ago but she’s swimming funny now I don’t know if it’s from the pregnancy what do you recommend I do it
To hard because she is a pregnant fish and I don’t know if that’s somewhat causing it or if she’s a goner
