What is this fish?

Hi, I got these fish a year ago and eere the first in the tank, but have no idea what they are! They were at my LFS for a charity donation... lovely fish and not caused any problems... any ideas?

beunos aires tetra. fin nipper class 1

need to be kept in groups. grow about 2 inches and chew the fins off anything that moves.

Oh really? They've been really peaceful in our tank, we have 4. They we're bought as starter fish when we first set the tank up... and all pur fish's tails are all in one peace! Thanks.
