looks more like a genetic defect in the back half of the body that is being exaggerated by the fish being fat and probably pregnant.
Tuberculosis (TB) is common in aquarium fish but doesn't normally cause major bends in the body until the fish is in really bad shape. Tumors do but so does being full of baby fish. If the fish has TB they can be fine for months then one day they stop feeding, blow up like a balloon, do stringy white poop, breath heavily, sit up by the surface or in a corner, and usually die within 24 hours of showing those symptoms.
As long as the fish is still eating well and not doing stringy white poop, it should be fine.
