My catfish seems to be alot bigger and rounder than my other fish

We cant tell from that angle. You need to get a picture of the pelvic fin. If they are pointed, its a male. If they are round, its a female.
 
Id say female. But a sidepic would be better.

Healthy but a little bit obese ! Though females should be a bit chubby.
