Does my fish have dropsys?

My female platy just had babies last week. She had a really big belly and 2 of my guppies were chasing her like crazy. We figured that they just wanted her eggs. Fast forward a week after the babies and now they’re still chasing her... and becoming more and more aggressive. I tried adding another female to the tank, but nothing has helped. I also think it’s stressed her out so much that she might have dropys, but I can’t tell. Help! I’m a new fish owner and this is really stressing me out. I’m tempted to just give up my new fish hobby. Besides being annoyed by the other fish, she’s acting fine. Her scales are funny looking all of a sudden now though. Not “pinecone” but they are raised and darker

It doesn't look like she has dropsy, but those pictures aren't very clear (I'm not blaming you; it is very hard to photograph fish, we all know the struggle!).

Can you give us some more details of your set up, please? That will help us a lot in working out what the problem might be.

How big is your tank and how long has it been set up? Is it filtered and heated? Did you cycle it before you added fish and, if so, how? Exactly what fish do you have? Do you have any live plants, and have you tested the water?
