I have not kept ghost shrimps myself, but from things I have read it is tricky raising them. These shrimps hatch to a larval stage, unlike shrimps like cherry shrimps which hatch into miniature adults. These larvae need special feeding, which is difficult to do in an aquarium.
Unless you really want to try to raise them, I would just let them be eaten by any fish that you may have in the same tank. You would probably need a separate tank to raise the larvae, and you would need to do some research to find out what food they need.
