White stuff on the fin of my swordtail please help

So I found this white stuff on the fin of my lyretail swordtail I don't know what it is please help!!! Sorry about the photo I know it's not the best but he won't stay still.

Does it look fluffy or smooth? Is it growing out from the fin or eating into it? Is there any pinkish or bloody tissue visible?

Sounds more like fin rot than anything else, so get a treatment for that. I'd recommend escha 2000, if you can get that where you are.
