Hi there, my sisters favourite fish, a 3 year old yellow/golden gourami named Dior (yes after the brand) has got tattered fins & tail.
He isnt acting himself, rather depressed and not doing alot of swimming, more just drifting, but is still eating normally.
Dior lives in an Aquaone ecustole 47 tank. He has a filter, heater (set to 26 degrees) and airator.
His tankmates are 1 bristle nose catfish and about 30-40 deep blue cherry shrimp.
We have no idea how to help him!
We dont have any test kits for all the things people list as we only have fish as pets.
We can put the tankmates in our other tank should we need to.
Also could the shrimp/catfish cause him to be like this?
