Pregnant Platy

I have a platy that her scales are sticking out she is so big. She has been like this for a few days and stays in a corner at the bottom of the tank. How much bigger can she get! Will it stress her if I put her in one of those isolation nets? Also if I do will she all the babies if she has them at night? Thanks for your help

This is not pregnancy. Your platy has dropsy. Look it up online, Isolate her ASAP from the tank and treat diseases.

Please upload a picture. Your other fish can be at harm and this platy will most likely die as I don't believe theres a cure for dropsy.

The pineconing does worry me, I never saw that in my pregnant platies. Could definitely be dropsy. :(
 
ok Thanks, I'll isolate her. The male also just sits in the corner. They were bought at the same place.
 
How long have you had her for? it concerns me that the male is doing it also, how did you cycle the tank? 
 
I had them 2 days, but when I bought them the girls at the store handled them with her hands. I told her that she was not suppose to do that and she said it would be ok cause they are guaranteed.
 
How long has your tank been set up for?
 
To be honest, I have caught fish with my hands before, I had to handle my loaches as they are wriggly slippery and strong and usually escape my nets as soon as I capture them, and they have always been alright afterwards so I don't think this is the problem unless she man handled them.
 
I think this is a water quality issue, change 70% of your water now don't forget to dechlorinate and temperature match. 
Once dropsy set in usually its fatal as the fishes organs are shutting down.
 
The tank has been set up about a month. All the other fish are doing great. Very active, eating and looking great! I did loose her and the male.
