yes indeed someone did decided that they liked the look of it and with the knowledge of creating a fish that appeals to many fish keepers. Like it or not the balloon varieties are here to stay I personally don’t like any balloon varieties. As for the other cultivated livebearers the inbreeding side of it creates less problems than what many fish keepers believe.
