I Think My Snail Laid Eggs...

Hey all, I have had some blue mystery snails that I ordered online about 2 weeks ago, they came in last week. They are awesome and I love seeing them out of their shells. They aren't too timid, but of course like all fish if you stick your hand in they will go hide. Anyway, I saw one today by the corner of my glass tank and he was by what I think is a patch of eggs. I have never bred snails and these are my first snails. Are these eggs?
 
They are all stuck to the glass like gelled on and they look like brown poop nuggets.

Hi, no this is just snail poop, apple snails lay their eggs out of water and they look like a bunch of pink grapes approx an inch long, providing you have a female present you should see these, they need an inch or so clear above the water line so they can lay them otherwise the eggs will drown, you will need a male snail too if you want the eggs to hatch.
