Hi guys, 
 
Bought some Neon Tetra & Guppies from the local aquarium shop, to find an extra surprise when we got home.
 
Does anyone know what type of fish he is ?
 
Blue coloring can be seen around eye, black dot on dorsal fin.
 
Thanks for any help guys.

Is it a tetra? I can't see an adipose fin (tiny little fin just in front of tail on fishes back).

Munroco, i must say on first viewing the 'Eyespot Rasbora' does appear very very similar. 
Thank you very much, i will be using that guide to monitor him.
