Moved "James brown" my betta into a 15 gallon.its work in progress.he loves the upgrade from his smaller tank.

If you do not raise that anubias so that the rhizome is above the sand, it will rot and the plant will die. I would also suggest you think about add a few stem plants in the rear corners so give the fish even more planted areas in which to hide.
 
Looks very nice.  Just get yourself some fishing line to tie that anubias to the wood and you'll be good to go.  What substrate are you using?

I have a wendtii green coming today and that's it.
 
Looking really, really nice mate! I love how it looks so.. Natural. Like everything just fits in with each other. Really nice looking tank you got there :)

oohh yes I see that growth! Mine would have taken like a year just to get that far! Mind if I steal some ideas from your setup? The positioning etc?
