Heres my cat Sammy. We rescued him from an animal shelter nearby and was wondering if he is a POTM?

Thanks everyone! Yes and I found his color to be a light gray blue mix. He is so precious and I appreciate the nominations, and Sammy (he is a he) says thanks as well!
