Would just like to say hi to all the members and to the members who have been helping Panthywanthy out. We got are fish tank a few months back after me wanting one for many years but with Christmas coming my work life got busy and I had to put my interest in the tank on hold but every night I came home from work Panther had learnt something new regarding tank setups etc so thanks to you people and your friendliness I think she has now found a new hobby which she enjoys. Since Panther has been posting here she has even started using the digital camera and even got me taking pics of the fish tank to see who can get the best pics think Panther must be a member of a camera forum cause her pics always look better than mine

Leave it to the ladies!!! My wife did the same thing. We got a digi camcorder last year and I didn't have time to mess with it. I came home one day from work and the wife says, "hey honey...look at the pics I took of the fish and dogs"

They were really quite good.

Anyway I have a quick question, you see the 2 Mollies. does anyone know what sort they are as they look like 2 totally different fish, plus which one is male/female.

Well ones a black molly, i think female, and the other looks like a sailfin molly, possibly male, but i carnt really tell the gender unless u get a close up of the fish

ok just did a bit of research and the black mollie is a type of
(Platinum Lyretail Molly) I think anyway!!
