It's not ich. Ich only appears as white spots on the actual body of the fish.

How big are they, as they look more like snail eggs to me, although they could be from a fish. What fish do you have (and what sort of turtle, as usually turtles and fish shouldn't be kept together)?

It looks to me like skin, is your turtle shedding?

i got the tank separted. 3/4 for the turtles and 1/4 for the fish.

in the fish side i got rosy red minnow, neon tera, guppies, patries swordtails, loaches fish..

i notice a rosy red minnow by one of my plant and all he was doing was like scraching against it over and over. then i noticed the plant has a bunch of those bubbles things and search for, " fish itchy against plant" and found it could be ich but never saw any fish with white dots...so i saw the leaf and freaked out thinking it has attached itself to the leaf.

now that you guys said it could be eggs i search and found that rosy red minnow do lay eggs... so do fish rub against thier eggs? if so... it was fish eggs.

thanks a lot for ur quick response.

the bubbles (eggs) were pretty small. they were stuck to the leaf and kinda hard to remove.
