Great picture :D bet CM will love this one

Is it a type of Pacu? Lovely fish, cracking Eartheaters as well (Juraparis?). I have a Parrot Pacu O. Xinguensis thats a real character.
Ever thought of a massive Eartheater colony (Satanoperca/Geophagus) for your 265 gallon tank?

Ahh... Myleus (silver Dollars, Red Hooks etc)... Are you the same chopperdoc who bred them end of last year? B)

Yep. That's me. Have me a little family going. That shot was of Fred. The first of the tree large ones. I swear that the shots will get better. I've only seen one other tank that had red hooks this large and that was at a public aquarium. And, yes there were two G.Jurupari in the tank, i moved them when the fry hatched. I think they arent referred to as geophagus anymore. I cant recall what the new name is right now. And as to the big tank....so many possobilities lol

four....and the current king 'o the tank

Crystal clear photos you really have got the hang of that digital camera, the fish are good too :D

Satanoperca Jurapari nowadays chopper, Cichlid Press do a great book called South American Eartheaters that is available over there ( I got mine imported). I've found it invaluable although I only have one 'Eartheater' as such at the moment - an Acarichthys Heckelii by the name of Caeser. I had a pair if Geophagus Altifrons but had to trade them through lack of room. Love the pics... the Severum is very striking!! :)

found the other ones that i liked
