Still Need Help With My Eheim Filter

I posted this yesterday an got no reply so I will try this again hopefully will get better results. I just recently got a 90 gallon tank second hand with a filter also second hand the exact model is a eheim wetdry professionel 2227, I have all the piece hooked up nothing is missing except for the cleaning rod I pulled up the owners manual off the internet an it says after all the pieces are assembled it says i have to open up the tap connector an create the siphon Alternatively use the eheim suction Or a priming aid witch I don't have so basicly my question is 1 what exactly is the tap connector and 2 how would I create a suction with out either of the mentioned tools above

I don't have your model of Eheim but on my model a tap connector is one of these 

 
It allows you to turn the water flow off from either direction and disconnect the hose without flooding water everywhere
 
Priming the filter is usually a case of sucking on the outflow pipe so that water begins to fill up the cannister (on my Eheim classic, at least).  A quick firm suck is usually sufficient to get it going. Generally you only need to do this once as once the input pipe is full of water it won't need priming again.

I've seen that kind of tap connector but I think my model is older @daizeuk so I put up a picture so use can see, would the tap connector b the piece that the intake an output are attached too?

Not sure, maybe, if it allows you to shut off water flow and disconnect the hose.  Sorry I'm not familiar with your model.  The tap connector I linked is an optional extra for some Eheim models but yours might include a built-in tap.  Does it not label the parts in the instructions?

I don't spot any tap connectors on your picture, so I'm guessing you don't have any.
Without tap connectors (who will save you from having to prime your filter after EVERY cleaning and would be a nice optional extra to get) or a priming aid...
 
1) Put your filter AND a empty bucket on the ground.
2) Put the intake hose in your tank, and position it where you want it.  Also do this with the "breather hose" making sure not to submerge that one.
3) Suck on your outtake hose.  (If nothing happens, you'll have to briefly put your thumb on the end of the "breather hose".  I'm not sure if the filter has a one way valve for this.)
4) Water will start filling your filter, because it's positioned lower that your tank.
5) Now put the outtake hose in the empty bucket, and wait.
6) Once the filter is "full" water will start draining into your bucket.
7) Put your thumb on the outtake hose, and move it from your bucket to your fishtank.  Position it where you want it.
8) Power your filter.  It should start working just fine.
 
I'm sorry if I'm stating obvious facts, and you knew how to do this, but you seemed confused judging by your first post.
