Posted about 6 hours ago, but only just approved, so I'm giving it a free bump up to the top.
It looks like it, but it's hard to tell from the pictures, true SAE's have a stripe from nose to the fork in the tail, and the part in the tail is translucent. If this is true and the stripes are zig-zagged at the edges, it's a true SAE. I can say for certain that you don't have a Chinese Algae Eater.
