looks both.. just cut on feeding for a few days (won't hurt fish) and she'll slim down.. then you can tell how far along she is.
 
looks pretty pregnant, I wouldn't say she is close to dropping however. Do what BerryAttack said as far as feeding goes,
 
Looks heavily pregnant to me, 3-5 days as she doesn't look particularly squared-off yet.
