Can You Help Me Sex These Ggrs

I got my gold rams today!  They are so beautiful and are already fitting in so nicely with my neons and corydoras.  I thought I got a male and a female but now I'm not too sure.  The lighter one has darkened up a ton since I put "her" in the tank.

I think they're too young to sex. I might be wrong though, I don't know cichlids much.

Ok, from what I was reading that is what I was thinking.... other question is the fish in the 3rd picture has it's tail bent upwards, is that normal?  the other is up a bit but not as dramatic as the lighter one.
